Exactly where you are is where we begin.

Let’s work through it, together.

About Beth

I have been working in the mental health industry since 2015 in a variety of settings. I am passionate about supporting women and their families through a variety of life stages including pregnancy, miscarriage, loss, postpartum, parenting and beyond.

I hold an LCSW in the state of Wisconsin with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). I am also registered as an out-of-state Telehealth provider for Florida residents.

Many of the women I work with struggle with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, depression, identity shifts, burnout, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Others are processing birth trauma, labor complications, miscarriage, or the grief of infant loss. Therapy provides a space to slow down, untangle what you’re carrying, and begin to feel grounded again.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I aim to create a space where you can be honest — without judgment — about the parts that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to say out loud.

If you’re ready for support that understands the complexity of being a woman in this season of life, I’d be honored to work with you.
